Settled in Burgundy and in love with the landscapes of Saône et Loire, Michelle and Patrice welcome you to the Maison d'hôtes du Puits Darcy in Montceau-les-Mines. Located between town and country, near the Route Centre Europe Atlantique and the hospital of Montceau. The Darcy Well is a former mine shaft that was closed down some twenty years ago and the guest house is in keeping with the evolution of the region, which has turned towards green tourism while remaining anchored in its traditions of hospitality and conviviality. 5 minutes by bike from the Vélo route along the Canal du Centre, the house also offers the possibility of a work shed (tools, high pressure washing, sheltered bike storage). In the center of a tourist attraction area you will be at most 40 minutes from the major points of South Burgundy, including Beaune, Autun, Mâcon, Chalon-sur-Saône, Tournus, Le Creusot, Cluny, Paray-le-Monial, Digoin, and Bourbon-Lancy. You can discover three vineyards (Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais), an immense cultural heritage, Romanesque art, castles of all periods from the Middle Ages to the 18th century. The current and past industrial heritage which constitutes a red thread in the interpretation of this region rich in populations coming from all over Europe, thus creating a "melting pot" rare in Europe. The guest house is located halfway between southern Germany, Switzerland and Aquitaine or the beaches of Charente.

Surrounded by a garden with swimming pool, this room is quiet. You will enjoy the garden and the pool to recharge your batteries. A parking space in the property allows you not to unload your car if you are in stage on the road of the holidays. Free WIFI with optical fiber
