Le petit déjeuner

In the smell of coffee, sit down on a stool. A snack bar, a mess hall, a gastro...? Hardly.
In the centre of the "miniature arena" two "actor-rice-s-cordon bleu" in full action: with razor-sharp gestures and a knowing eye, they are chatting to you: modern jactance and morning briefs, that's the welcome! A wooden counter where you can put your hot chocolate, or your croissant, or your elbow. Everyone sees everyone else, it's the early morning hemicycle. On the waxed fir tree shelf, the two toqué-ée-s offer you boiled eggs, orange juice, homemade madeleine...! They take you on a morning ritual, 40 minutes of food and texts in the colour of "true stories": the culinary Miscellanies of the famous Mr Schott are the main inspiration, but you will also come across Proust, Alice in Wonderland, Bernard Noél, Thierry Bourcy, and Alexandra Badéa. The rest... you have to believe it: it's all about intimacy and language... in tenderness!
Dérézo, a polymorphous company, raises for us a fairground theatre at the heart of which sense engages in a wild dance with humour!
