Ateliers Age'imentation

As part of a prevention project, in partnership with the municipality of Sanvignes-les-Mines, the IREPS BFC- Antenna 71 (Regional Instance of Education and Health Promotion), is setting up its "Age'imentation" programme for people over 60 years of age in the CUCM area.
The aim of the programme is to prevent the risks of undernutrition and to strengthen people's skills in nutrition and self-care at home.

This programme will soon begin in the commune of Sanvignes-les-Mines with a cycle of 6 collective workshops on the theme of nutrition for the elderly, combining conviviality, sharing, exchange and creativity.

On the programme, 6 collective workshops on prevention, exchange and creativity with a dietician-nutritionist:
- Tuesday 23 May 2023, from 2 to 4 pm
- Tuesday 30 May 2023, from 2pm to 4pm
- Tuesday 06 June 2023, from 2 to 4 pm
- Tuesday 13 June 2023, from 2pm to 4pm
- Tuesday 20 June 2023, 2pm to 4pm
- Tuesday 27 June 2023, from 2 to 4 pm, with a snack to close the workshops.

Registration is open to anyone over 60 years of age, living in Sanvignes-les-Mines and the surrounding area.
The number of places is limited.
