Ateliers Age'imentation

Within the framework of a prevention project, in partnership with the municipality of Essertenne, the IREPS BFC- Antenna 71 (Regional Instance of Education and Health Promotion), is setting up its "Age'imentation" programme for people over 60 years of age on the territory of the CUCM.
This programme will soon begin in the commune of Essertenne with a series of 3 collective workshops on the theme of nutrition for seniors, combining conviviality, sharing and exchange.
On the programme:
3 collective prevention and exchange workshops with a dietician-nutritionist from the PRE RE DIAB network in Le Creusot.
- Tuesday 30 May 2023 from 2pm to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 6 June from 2pm to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 13 June from 2pm to 4.30pm.
The workshops will take place at the Salle des Fêtes in Essertenne.
Registration is open to anyone over the age of 60, living in Essertenne and the surrounding area. The number of places is limited.
