In early 2023, La Brasserie Artisanale du Prieuré opened its doors in the former stables of the priory, opposite the church in Perrecy.
In this beautiful setting, Thierry Perret brews his beers with passion.
There are 5 beers on offer: white, blonde, brown, amber and IPA. As well as ephemeral beers throughout the year.
The range is available in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles, as well as in gift boxes.
In a nod to the history of the place, they are called "La Diablesse".
