L'Embarcadère
Cultural and congress centre located in Montceau, the Embarcadère is the town's cultural venue. With a large hall accommodating more than 900 spectators, this modern space offers an eclectic program of shows: theatre, dance, music and comedy. Art exhibitions by renowned contemporary artists are hosted in its gallery every year.
Les Ateliers du Jour
The cultural centre of the Ateliers du Jour is located on the site of the former offices and workshops of the coal mines. It brings together a media library, a music academy, a gallery and an auditorium. With a shared program with the Embarcadère, this venue hosts various shows throughout the year, particularly aimed at young audiences.
L’ECLA
Located in Saint-Vallier, the Espace Culturel Louis Aragon features a hall with a seating capacity of around 250. This cultural venue caters particularly for young audiences. It is also a place that supports artist residencies, hosts local companies and is involved with activities aimed to explore, stimulate and harness creativity.
